:ballot_box_with_check: Past Day: Conversations internally and with Unicef about global product backlog, worked on organization product tasks.

:black_square_button: Day Ahead: Finish organization products work, start work on final version of interoperability demo.

:black_square_button: Day Ahead: Follow up with DHA, catching up, backlog.

:ballot_box_with_check: Past Day: Group brainstorm on capacity building strategy; last efforts for now on migrating CDN issues – will table this since it’s only a small % ofcontent; GSoC documentation follow-ups e.g. Primero, assist new climate project with ideas; found a workarounds for fix Hub search issue & implemented fix (switch documentation site rendering tool) on Sunday night.

:black_square_button: Day Ahead: Follow ups on Primero GSoC docs & HOT; 1-on-1’s; grant Q follow-ups; Digital Square D&I intitiative review; clean up docs issues from tool swap incl. GSoC landing page.

:stop_sign: Current Blockers: Waiting on final numbers from Bitergia for contract. Waiting on Outreachy for go-ahead for accelerated invoicing. Waiting to hear back on a few remaining GSoC ideas lists.
